Meet the Board: Celena Mills

Celena Mills serves as Director of Career and Technical Education at the Michigan

Department of Education, and is a member at large of the MHC Board of Trustees. She recently reflected on what makes serving on the MHC board meaningful, and how it aligns with her professional goals.
