Meet the Board: Elizabeth Kutter

Elizabeth Kutter serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at the Michigan Health & Hospital Association and is a member at large of the Michigan Health Council Board of Trustees, representing healthcare facilities. She recently shared how serving on the MHC board connects with her passion for supporting Michigan’s healthcare workforce.

"Being on the MHC board is such an incredible opportunity. As Vice President & Deputy Legal Counsel at the Michigan Health & Hospital Association, I get to work directly with our member hospitals on a myriad of topics but ultimately what most of those issue areas center around are workforce and talent development. Being a part of the MHC Board gives me the opportunity to sit with healthcare and workforce leaders from across the state who share my passion for keeping and brining top tier healthcare talent to Michigan. MHC is leading the work on understanding our current workforce, planning for the future needs of Michiganders, and looking for innovative ways to keep Michigan competitive."
