Description
The goals of the Initiative are to (1) equip NHSC Scholars and Students to Service (S2S) Loan Repayment Program (LRP) participants with the information they need to succeed as they enter the workforce and (2) guide leadership at NHSC-approved sites in their efforts to support clinician well-being and develop organizational resilience.
Through this Initiative, NHSC participants in the programs described above and their NHSC-Approved Site Points of Contact (POCs) can access exclusive trainings and resources. Offerings include evidence-based recommendations, tools, and case examples from the field for:
Serving patients with complex medical needs and barriers to care
Navigating burnout and nurturing personal wellbeing
Creating supportive, efficient, and healthy work environments
Peer networking, coaching, and grand round sessions are also built into the initiative to enhance the learning experience and offer a space for peer support.
