Description
The initiative is developed in response to the unprecedented challenges faced by healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Recognizing the significant losses and the debilitating effects of burnout experienced among the healthcare workforce, RHWE was launched with the overarching goal of creating and amplifying resources to restore and support frontline workers as they navigate their recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. Funded by the Center for Disaster Philanthropy (CDP) COVID-19 Response Fund, the initiative focuses support for individuals working in community health centers (FQHC) and free and charitable clinics across the U.S.
Their mission is to champion health equity by providing comprehensive training, resources, and policy advocacy to restore and empower the healthcare workforce. Explore the virtual trainings, informational policy briefs, and resources developed through this initiative in their website.
