Description
The "Developing Your Skills as a Clinical Nurse Preceptor" online self-study course was developed by Indiana University School of Nursing and the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists (NACNS). The goal of the course is to help clinical nurse specialists (CNS) become more confident and comfortable acting as a clinical preceptor for nursing students and new hires/orientees. The course has three modules: organizing the precepted experience, engaging the student/orientee and providing useful feedback. This course is comparatively affordable, costing $129 and only $99 for NACNS members.
