Description
The Dental Careers Program provides the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a career in the Dental Field. A focus is placed on the role of the modern dental assistant and covers key pre-clinical procedures and beginning dental terminology. The curriculum is designed to give students clinical and administrative skills and prepare them to take the Radiation Health and Safety exam and an opportunity for full-time employment as a dental assistant after graduating high school.
