Description
The American Hospital Association (AHA) has a team-training program called TeamSTEPPS (Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety). The goal of the program is to help health professionals at a health care system improve their communication and teamwork skills through training, education and resources. Ultimately, participants of AHA's TeamSTEPPS program can increase their process efficiencies, improve patient outcomes, increase their patients' satisfaction and enhance their own job/work satisfaction.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
