Description
The Thumb Community Health Partnership (TCHP) is located in the rural area of Michigan referred to as the Thumb. The partnership encompasses Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, and Tuscola County. Members include public mental health, health departments, local hospitals, human service agencies and community agencies. They carry out and support various programs geared towards high schoolers to explore healthcare careers.
