Description
This is an apprenticeship grant administered by LEO. It is the first in Michigan to have been designed specifically for FQCHs. Thirteen (13) FQCHs are participating, and 42 apprentices are trained to qualify to work as clinically integrated community health workers in FQCH settings. This program is designed my MPCA, who brings unique expertise in utilizing FQCH environments and supporting the Centers.
