The initiative tries to build the pipeline of medical students by having current MSUCOM students talk with and educate high school students at three high school surrounding MSUCOM's campuses. Current medical school students share their experiences and pathways to medical school, promote healthcare to inspire high school students, teach AP students about conducting research, and offer instruction for SUD awareness and prevention.
