The MyMichigan Nurse Summer Internship Program is designed for nursing students to gain exposure to clinical situations in a variety of departments. The paid internship runs for 12 weeks and nursing interns are expected to work full-time with an assigned preceptor. MyMichigan's goal in offering this summer internship program is to help nursing interns gain a greater level of self-confidence, critical thinking skills and clinical competence.
