Description
MSU College of Human Medicine's Early Assurance Program is a partnership between MSUCHM and colleges & universities in Michigan to provide early assurance of medical school admission for undergraduate students. Preference for Early Assurance Program admission will be given to students at partner colleges & universities who are first generation college students, graduated from a low-income high school, are eligible for need-based grants, and/or who want to pursue a high-need medical specialty area. The program has preference for admission for those who otherwise might not have access to or be familiar with the intricacies of premed preparation and med school application. The goal of the program is to increase the number of diverse physicians practicing throughout Michigan by reducing barriers to medical school.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
