Description
The Michigan Center for Nursing (MCN) at Michigan Health Council is a resource intended to enhance the delivery of compassionate, quality health care by providing resources regarding education, careers, skills, and leadership development to Michigan nurses and nursing students, therefore, helping nurses to meet the needs of the community. The MCN provides a Nurse Preceptor Toolkit and a Clinical Faculty Toolkit to develop the skills of preceptors and clinical nursing faculty. MCN also has a Michigan Nursing Career Guide, a thorough list of nursing scholarships, health equity CE sessions, a nurse mentoring project with ACEMAPP, and Michigan nursing workforce data.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
