Description
This Program is open to 6th to 9th grade students. Summer Healthcare Camp is a partnership with the Jackson Area Career Center, and other Jackson area community organizations like the Jackson Police, Ambulance, and Fire. Henry Ford Jackson Hospital offers this one-week experience to get younger students excited and interested in healthcare. Relying heavily on student and community feedback, Henry Ford selects professionals in an array of healthcare careers to provide a brief background on their profession and then lead a hands-on activity for the students.
