Description
The RN apprenticeship program is a collaboration between West Shore Community College, Michigan Works! West Central, and Corewell Health Ludington. The one-year program expands accessibility to a nursing career for those who would not be able to otherwise stop working to pursue nursing education. Also, the program expedites the time it takes for RNs to become practice-ready. RN apprentices take courses at West Shore CC and receive practical experience with a nurse mentor as paid full-time apprentice at the Corewell Ludington hospital.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
