Description
Care for the Aging is an online workforce development initiative designed to recruit more Michiganders to work in skilled nursing facilities, rehab facilities and assisted living communities. The website offers information about different career pathways available in long-term care, career videos and resources to connect interested individuals with resources and current employers that are hiring. The Michigan website is run by HCAM / MCAL but started as a career information initiative by Indiana Health Care Association.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
