Description
MPCA has become a registered intermediary with the Department Of Labor for dental assistants, and medical assistants. MPCA helps Michigan's Community Health Centers (CHCs) offer registered apprenticeship programs by providing program administration services for the centers, making it less of a burden for CHCs to offer and run apprenticeship programs. MPCA's goal is to increase the number of dental assistants practicing in CHCs.
