Description

The Earn While You Learn Program is offered at Sparrow Health System to increase the number of local nursing graduates who work as Registered Nurses at their sites. Sparrow pays nursing students from Lansing Community College to work and gain on-the-job experiences while they are attending classes, for up to 40 hours a week. Sparrow requires participants in the program work at Sparrow for two years as a registered nurse after graduation.
