Explorations in Collaborative Leadership and InterProfessional Education (ECLIPSE) is a health-science specific leadership program for undergraduate students at Oakland University. It is a professional development experience that prepares students applying to graduate programs or medical schools. ECLIPSE participants learn to work collaboratively with others, recognize their values and ethics and to lead from their strengths so that when they're health professionals, they will be able to better improve patient and community care.
