The Education 2 Practice team has been busy: in preparation for the Michigan Center for Rural Health, the E2P team has finished the E2P online tool kit to develop interprofessional learning and team-based care skills.
Combining the input and research from E2P workgroup members, staff, and practice transformation expert Greg Dziadosz, Ph.D., the tool kit provides educators, professionals, and students the tools to develop team-based care skills.
These skills include the basics and fundamentals of team work and communication, including a guide to develop team-based huddles, interprofessional patient goals, and tools to develop a common professional language across different health care professionals.
Watch this brief video about how it works.
