Description
The National Association for Social Workers (NASW) and the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) have collaborated to allow eligible social workers to become Certified Social Work Case Managers. The goals of the collaboration are to increase the number of health care case managers and to provide a professional/career development opportunity for social workers that belong to NASW. Eligible social workers who are approved can apply to take the CCM exam at no additional cost.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
