Description
The Lighthouse Leadership Program is offered by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) to help new EMT practitioners develop a career strategy and career goals. Lighthouse Leadership mentees are matched with experienced EMS leaders to develop their leadership expertise, expand their professional networks, and gain knowledge about all aspects of the EMS industry. Mentees will participate in regular, virtual meetings with their mentors over the span of 18 months. The purposes of the Lighthouse Leadership program are to prepare early-career EMS professionals to become a leader in the field and to combat against EMS workforce shortages and burnout.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
