Description
IGNITE is a program created by women physicians for women medical students to prevent burnout early in their career paths. The two main components of the program are: 1) a free, live lecture series with sessions that cover topics that aren't covered in the traditional medical school curriculum, to help medical students develop skills to succeed in their careers; and 2) a small group and one-on-one coaching program for medical schools across the country. The physician-led coaching prioritizes personal development of self-worth, confidence, and security in a safe environment. The coaching also helps participants increase their abilities to advocate for themselves and for others, and it lasts for 6 weeks.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
