Description
The Future Leaders Academy (FLA) is a 2-year leadership program offered by the American School Health Association (ASHA) to enhance school health professionals' leadership skills and prepare them for future leadership roles in ASHA. School health professionals that are selected for FLA must participate in standing monthly meetings, participate in an ASHA committee of their choice, maintain active ASHA membership and participate in program activities, which can include readings, discussions and projects. FLA was created in 2006 and more than 25 school health professionals have completed the program.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
