Description
The Disrupting Nursing Education with XR, AI and ML project is a three-year grant-funded project led by The Ohio State University's School of Nursing and School of Engineering. The project will improve undergraduate nursing students' biological competency through extended reality (XR) simulations in courses and labs. The project also will improve nursing students' on-the-job skills through implementing an AI/Machine Learning (ML) program that uses patients' real-time EHR data to help nurses prioritize which patients need to be cared for in their caseload. The project is funded by a $1.5M grant from the American Nurses Foundation Reimagining Nursing Initiative.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
