Description
The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Diversity Mentoring Program lasts up to 1 year and it provides medical students and residents who are underrepresented in medicine with experienced mentors who provide career and educational guidance about specializing and practicing in oncology. The goal of the Diversity Mentoring Program is to increase the diversity of practicing oncologists in the United States by growing a pipeline of future professionals from underrepresented backgrounds.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
