Description
All-in Wellbeing First for Healthcare is a non-profit organization that is a coalition of leading healthcare organizations who are committed to two goals: 1) prioritizing the wellbeing of the healthcare workforce and supporting individual healthcare workers and 2) fighting against persistent mental health and well-being challenges that disadvantage healthcare workers. All-in Wellbeing's efforts lie in a couple different areas. There is the "ALL IN Fund" which provides financial resources to organizations to implement or expand healthcare workforce wellbeing initiatives. Additionally, the website has a "Solutions Library" which shares wellbeing success stories, resources and services for individuals and organizations to promote and implement wellbeing. All-in Wellbeing started as a campaign developed by #FirstRespondersFirst and The Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes' Foundation.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
