ADVANCE is an online platform created by the American Pharmacists Association that is a continuous professional development planner and workforce development tool. It recommends professional development activities for those in pharmacy based on their goals and their licensure, employer, and/or school requirements. ADVANCE can be used by student pharmacists to develop a 1-year professional development plan, by pharmacists, by pharmacist employers to develop and align their staff, and by schools of pharmacy for their students, faculty and preceptors.
