Description
The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Communities is an initiative that brings member nurse practitioners (NPs) together based on their therapeutic specialties and/or their professional interests. The goal of each "Community" is to increase collaboration, networking, discussion and document sharing among NPs who share commonalities. AANP currently offers 24 specialty practice groups - from Acute Care to Wound Care - and 4 specialty interest groups which include Entrepreneur, Health Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Health Informatics and Telehealth, and International. Each "Community" costs $20 annually.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
