Description

The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) Peer Support Community is a benefit that comes with membership to the organization. It is an online space where nurses receive and give support to one another on topics such as PTSD, moral distress, self-care, resilience and burnout. The Peer Support Community is comprised of discussion forums where nurses can share their expertise, tools, and tips for success, as well as connect with one another. This resource was likely made available as an effort to retain acute and critical-care nurses by providing them with emotional support.

Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
