The American Health Care Association (AHCA) offers a comprehensive CNA training curriculum called "How to Be a Nurse Assistant" for either in-person courses at facilities, colleges, and training organizations or as a hybrid program with online coursework and in-person clinical and skills training. "How to Be a Nurse Assistant" meets all federal guidelines and is flexible to adapt for state-specific requirements and various course lengths. AHCA's goal in creating the curriculum is to provide a standardized course based on best practices and industry standards that can be utilized across the country.
