The West Central Health Careers Collaborative is an employer-led initiative that is dedicated to attracting and retaining talent within West Michigan's healthcare industry. The Collaborative has two priorities: 1) to help job seekers in the area find healthcare jobs and support healthcare workers to advance their careers, and 2) to connect healthcare employers with training partners to find qualified applicants for their open positions. The group is affiliated with Michigan Works! West Central.
