Description

Project ECHO is a telementoring program that uses videoconferencing technology to disseminate and implement best practices through case-based mentorship. Each session has brief didactic presentations with interactive and practical case presentations from participants. Each session consists of a 15-minute didactic presentation and 45 minutes of case-based learning, including peer Q&A. The program aims to Strengthen providers’ ability to treat mild to moderate mental health concerns, Provide a broader range of billable services, Reach rural and underserved communities, and Leverage resources through technology. UPHCS is awarded a $255,318 behavioral health grant from the Michigan Health Endowment Fund for this project.
