Description

The Southwest Michigan Healthcare Consortium is a group of education, employment and community partners that are working to address healthcare worker shortages, skill shortages, training mismatches, and employee recruitment and retention shortages in the geographic area. To tackle these workforce issues, the Consortium is planning and holding career fairs to meet healthcare employers' staffing needs, conducting periodic needs surveys, sharing best practices, and developing / maintaining a database of current healthcare providers in the area. The Consortium is affiliated with Michigan Works! Southwest.

Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
