Description
St. Clair County CMHA's workforce strategies include recruitment activities like hosting interns, diversifying recruitment avenues to hire new grads before they receive their limited license, and providing tuition support for CMH workers to become NPs. The workforce strategies also focus on retention incentives such as adding schedule flexibility, increasing vacation time, 100% tuition reimbursement for continuing education toward an MSW, offering training and clinical supervision, increasing wages, and offering retention payments.
