Description
The R.I.S.E. UP Program is a partnership between West Michigan Works!, Trinity Health in Grand Rapids and The Source, a non-profit employee support organization. The program uses a 7-step career pathways process and aims to support entry-level employees to build career pathways into the healthcare industry. West Michigan Works! identifies possible healthcare careers for individuals, The Source connects the individuals to career trajectories at Trinity Health and Trinity Health provides the entry-level jobs. Trinity Health also offers transportation for employees to get to work. R.I.S.E. Up is partially funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
