Description

The MyMichigan Health Foundation recently received a $300,000 grant from the Charles J. Strosacker Foundation to develop a Well-being Coalition and an integrated program that will develop an organization-wide culture of well-being for all providers and employees across the health system. Topics that will be addressed through this well-being grant include nurturing wellness, addressing practice efficiency through technology optimization and evaluation of new tools and service, and enhancing personal resilience. The system vice president of medical affairs at MyMichigan Health hopes that this well-being grant will improve the engagement and job satisfaction of employees which would ultimately improve patient care outcomes.

Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
