Description
The Mott Workforce Promise is an established agreement between Mott Community College and partnering employers that Mott graduates from the program will have the necessary soft and hard skills to succeed at their job. The Mott students who complete the 8 Workforce Promise training modules and create digital and hard copy portfolios will be offered an interview by an employment partner. The employment partners will receive a direct pipeline to talent from Mott CC and they also have the ability to refer students back to Mott to build on any skill set where they need additional support and training for free. Although the Mott Workforce Promise is not specifically for healthcare students, most of the employer partners are in the healthcare industry.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
