Description
Lincoln Behavioral Services increased the number of student placements and the number of schools they partner with for rotations to increase recruitment. To increase workforce retention, Lincoln Behavioral Services participates in multiple loan forgiveness programs, and provides staff benefits like shortened workdays, schedule flexibility, added PTO days, and staff raises and retention bonuses.
