The Michigan Health & Hospital Association’s Healthcare Leadership Academy (HLA) has partnered with one of the world’s top professional development firms, Executive Core, to help healthcare professionals lead more effectively. The program aims to develop healthcare leaders to accelerate their impact and advance their organization’s mission. Participants complete the Healthcare Leadership Academy in five days, split across two sessions at MHA’s headquarters. The program allows participants to immediately apply new concepts, advance their careers, and return value to their organization.
