Description
The Bureau of Professional Licensing Michigan Board of Nursing Nurse Scholarship Program is a program that funds nursing program costs and provides stipends to eligible nursing students throughout the state of Michigan. Individuals that are eligible for the Nurse Scholarship Program funds are those who plan to practice in an underserved area, with an underserved population, or in a HPSA (all of Michigan). Students must be participating in LPN, ADN, and BSN pre-licensure programs, an RN to BSN completion program or an MSN nursing education program. The Board of Nursing distributes scholarship funds to all schools with eligible nursing programs every year.
Michigan Health Council does not administer all of the programs in this database. Please see the "organizations involved" above to learn who you should contact for more information.
