Description
AuSable Valley CMHA offers several incentives to increase the recruitment of healthcare professionals through an internship program in partnership with SVSU, Spring Arbor, MSU, Wayne State, and UM, that compensates BSW and MSW interns and their supervisors. AuSable Valley also offers current staff retention incentives, including additional PTO days, a competitive 12-step wage scale, hybrid work schedule flexibility, and recognition, appreciation, and inclusion activities through an engagement committee.
