Pandemic Experience Survey
We are asking health care workers to complete the following questionnaire about your personal experiences, feelings, observations, successes, challenges, and frustrations during the pandemic. Please complete the questionnaire even if your workplace did not receive COVID-19 patients. We want to know how you were impacted by the pandemic, stay at home orders, or shortages too.
Michigan Health Council will use your confidential responses to better inform our work and to better understand the experience of health care workers during the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic.
