Trinity Health is implementing a daily pay benefit to allow colleagues who are not the highest earners to receive a certain percentage of their pay check daily. Trinity Health has partnered with the company DailyPay to provide this earned wage access to its employees. Currently, the daily pay benefit is piloted to a select number of Trinity locations but will be rolled out to all locations over the next few years. The purpose of the benefit is to assist employees in paying their bills on time, helping them avoid the possibility of overdue fees. Trinity Health expects the benefit to help them better recruit and retain staff.
